Stand and Deliver – live!

a brief diversion – we played our first live show in a long time 2 weeks ago and we were lucky enough to have the sound engineer record our set.   Stand and Deliver was a standout so we decided to post the live recording for those of you who weren’t able to be there :)

The lineup was James Hall (vocals, guitar), David Bos (guitar, vocals), Rob Sharp (bass) and Chris Campbell (drums, vocals), recorded August 21 at Mars Bar in Seattle as part of the International Pop Overthrow Festival.  Special thanks to Mary at the Mars Bar for recording our set.

a new week, a new song.   song # 3 is called Fire and Ice.  here’s a rough mix:

the intro part came to me less than a week ago while I was driving in my car and the verse part really materialized by accident as I was recording the first part.  so far we just have drums, guitars and vocals but you’ll get the idea.

speaking of drums, Chris Campbell make his debut appearance on the record with this song.  we’re glad to have him onboard!
